Day Delegate Rate package for your conference or event
Our Day Delegate Rate offers a convenient solution for event organisers. This all-inclusive package includes an experienced and friendly event coordinator to help you with planning and advise on how best to use the space to ensure your facilitators and delegates have a productive day. We take care of the details so that you can focus on the pressing matters at hand.
Our All Inclusive Package costs £52.50 per person, including VAT, and is available for groups of 55 of more. As with all our prices, our DDR prices are set annually so there are no nasty surprises when you get the bill.

Equipment for your Facilitator and Delegates included
Conference equipment is included in your package, so you can be sure that your room will be provided with a data projector, speakers/ PA system and microphones, flip-chart and lectern. Plus complimentary Wi-Fi with a strong connection across the site for facilitators and delegates. Most importantly we will help your facilitators get themselves set-up with our equipment so that everything runs smoothly.
Little extras
We’ll provide notebooks and pens for your delegates, along with sweets or chocolates to keep their energy levels up.
We take care of conference catering and refreshments
We provide everything you need to ensure your delegates remain fully fueled from start to finish!
Hot drinks (including a range of Fairtrade teas and coffee) and biscuits are unlimited; chilled water is provided and refreshed throughout the day; and you can choose the cold buffet that suits your delegates best. We’ll also provide pastries and home-made cake, working around your schedule to ensure everything is served at the time that suits you.
Extra conference and meeting support when you need it
Event material deliveries can be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Just make sure your packages are clearly marked with the name of your event, reference number and date.
Send your presentations over in advance and we can upload them on to the laptop ahead of time so that your presenter has even more time to mingle.
We also have print facilities available.
Send over a list of your delegate names with their allergen information and we can have our caterers prepare and label their separate meal. In other words we provide peace of mind for organisers.
Too much to carry home? If you simply arrange your goods to be couriered back to your office, we can hold them for up to three days after your event while they await pick-up.
