Day Delegate Rate package for your conference or event
Our Day Delegate Rate offers a convenient solution for event organisers. We take care of your details so that you can focus on the pressing matters at hand.
As with all our prices, our DDR prices are set at an annual rate and remain static rather than dynamic throughout different times of the year. Therefore you receive our fairest deal at any point in the year.

Event Coordinator included
Your event hire includes an experienced and friendly event co-ordinator to assist you with planning your meeting or conference. They will advise on how best to use the space to ensure your facilitators and delegates have a productive day.
Equipment for your Facilitator and Delegates included
Conference equipment is included in your package for your main room. Besides pads and pens for delegates, your DDR package includes a data projector, speakers/ PA system and microphones, flip-chart and lectern. Plus complimentary Wi-Fi with a strong connection across the site for facilitators and delegates.
Most importantly we will help your facilitators get themselves set-up with our equipment so that everything runs smoothly.
We take care of conference catering and refreshments
We provide everything you need to ensure your delegates remain fully fueled from start to finish and throughout the day. Depending on numbers and room location, refreshments are served in the main meeting room, the concourse or atrium.
Water is provided in your room. There is a choice of pastries in the morning or home-made cake in the afternoon. For lunch we provide a choice of cold buffet lunches (see catering details)
To ensure extra flexibility hot drinks are unlimited and delegates can choose from a range of Fairtrade speciality teas and coffee all served with biscuits. Additionally, juice is served with lunch and you get a choice of pastries or cake. As a result, the day will work around your schedule rather than facilitators having to work around rigid break times. See more about our conference catering.
Extra conference and meeting support when you need it
Event material deliveries can be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Just make sure your packages are clearly marked with the name of your event, reference number and date.
Send your presentations over in advance and we can upload them on to the laptop ahead of time so that your presenter has even more time to mingle.
We also have print facilities available.
Send over a list of your delegate names with their allergen information and we can have our caterers prepare and label their separate meal. In other words we provide peace of mind for organisers.
Too much to carry home? If you simply arrange your goods to be couriered back to your office, we can hold them for up to three days after your event while they await pick-up.
