- Please ensure your Track and Trace system and delegates are encouraged to sign-up in advance to reduce waiting times on the day
- Please note the start and end time of your booking, this includes setup and clear down time. Any earlier or later access may not be permitted due to health and safety and will incur a charge

Changing Your Booking
If you need to add, change or adjust anything on your booking then please would you get in touch with the Bookings Team (Sara Coyle or Sean Harris – office@meetinghousemanchester.co.uk or call us on 0161 834 5797) so they can ensure your event is equipped and catered for. The cut-off point and last date for catering orders is on the Wednesday the week before your event.
